Cummins é bicampeã entre as melhores empresas para profissionais LGBTQ+

Pela segunda vez consecutiva, a Cummins foi reconhecida como uma das melhores empresas para profissionais LGBTQ+ trabalharem no Brasil, por meio da pesquisa realizada pelo Instituto Mais Diversidade em parceria com a Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) e o Fórum de Empresas e Direitos LGBTQ+.   

De acordo com a pesquisa, entre as 91 empresas participantes, apenas 57 foram certificadas em 2023, sendo a Cummins novamente a única do setor auto indústria. O ranking analisa a adoção de políticas inclusivas relacionadas aos colaboradores(as) LGBTQ+ por empresas dos mais diversos setores e tamanhos, reconhecendo os avanços nesse tema e contribuindo com as boas práticas e processos que criam um ambiente de segurança psicológica para todas as pessoas dentro de uma organização e na sociedade.
